Why does this blog exist?

Because our business culture fails to prioritize strategic thinking. Instead, we value fighting fires, full day meetings, and getting things done. Regardless of whether those actions are aligned with our goals.

In consequence, we spread our resources too thin and go in too many directions at once. Achieving less than what we could have if we simply stayed focused.

At its worst, organizations compete without clear goals in mind. Taking on whatever work they can get their hands on. Yet how can we get what we want if we don’t even know what it is that we want?

Therefore, this blog exists for one reason: To help you stop and think.

So leave your actions at the door. Stop doing. Just reflect and think.
